Sandqvist now enters the next phase of this exciting journey, increasing its focus and expansion, strengthen the team with exciting new roles. To support this journey, creating a world-class brand and shopping experience we are now looking for a Brand Communications Manager.

As Brand Communication Manager, you will have a cross-functional role being responsible for all external communication, marketing, SoMe and PR. You will work in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and E-com, always keeping the brand vital. Together with your marketing team, you will develop strategies and lead implementation with the goal set to both increase sales and brand awareness.

You are a modern marketer, understanding the power of data and the possibilities it gives when knowing your customers and their needs. You will be responsible for global and local channels, digital and analog, paid and earned. Leading and producing the communication and content that goes thru them.

This is a new position that will be based at the headquarters in Stockholm and report to our Brand Director. Travelling may occur.

In short:
* Handle all contracts and purchases of campaigns, media, PR, and events.
* Responsible for budget and media planning in all channels
* Responsible for all content production, guidelines and brand image towards external agencies.
* Support and work closely with Trade Marketing
* Together with Retail Marketing make sure that Sandqvist have the same expression in our stores as well as all social channels
* Engage, lead and coach a marketing team to receive set goals

The Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
* At least 5 years' experience as a leader within the fashion or sports industry
* At least 5 years' experience of complex project management
* Understanding of what it takes to build a strong brand long-term, paired with a commercial mindset
* Ability to align people with different perspectives and priorities towards common objectives
* Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
