Concept Store Manager

The Role:
Our Concept Store Managers are the experts when it comes to our Customer. They know what their customer wants in their market place and set the standard by being a Role Model to the store team. They work with the team, products and Visual team to create a great environment for our customers to shop.
 
To fit the role:
Genuine love for the Gina Tricot Brand with a knowledge and sense of fashion. The energy and confidence to organize, lead and support your team in order to drive sales and reach goals on a daily basis. Showing passion, enthusiasm and pace every day at work. Love driving sales, ensuring that every customer is able to purchase the item they wanted either in store, or online. A positive leader and team player that always will support your colleagues. Being a fashion role mode and a role model for your team. A desire to always improve and asking for support from our Country Manager and Country Visual Merchandiser when required.
 
Requirements:
* Leadership and experience in a retail fashion environment.
* Love our brand, fashion and people.
* Knowing the customer and being an expert in creating a positive shopping experience in the store.  
* Awareness of competitors and market activity, both in local area and on a global scale, using this knowledge to challenge the customer offers in store.
* Passion for customer service, ensuring that the customer remains at the forefront of everything that the team do.
* Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to react quickly to changing situations and delivering at pace.
* Strong communication skills to communicate key information to store teams.
* Willingness to work late nights and early starts when required.
