In order to continue our development and focus on the end-consumer experience while keeping our long-standing heritage and quality, we are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to collaborate with technology, marketing and business partners across the organization to improve and develop communication and customer relationship.

You will be a part of the eCommerce team and will manage and support in the execution of various development projects, CRM strategy and initiatives within e-mail marketing and customer relationship. This will be done in close collaboration with team’s representatives from all parts and all levels within the Eton organization.

You will have great impact on the future development of our eCommerce sales worldwide. The eCommerce dept. is responsible for driving traffic, sales and branding at with associated parts i.e. mobile platforms. Key tasks
· You will develop and administering Eton’s entire CRM marketing communication platform.
· You will own the CRM content for various consumer segments, target groups and communication channels.
· You will manage a cross-channel strategy, e.g. emails, apps and onsite.
· You will manage projects for journey implementation within the marketing platform.
· You will be responsible for continual improvement of process of user experience and customer journey.
· You will continuously improve performance optimization of existing journeys.
· You will be responsible for blueprint and documentation of all journeys.
· You will be responsible for marketing Automation, develop trigger-based email strategy and executions.
· You will be responsible for measure and report performance of data driven insights and act accordingly to optimize the best sales and conversion
· You will support the development and implementation of analytic tools.
· You will continuously improve within our Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
· You will administration and customizing of CRM system
· You will together with other stakeholders evaluate existing CRM processes and underlying technologies.

Preferred & desired qualifications
· 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales and marketing, preferred within men’s fashion retail industry
· Experience in CRM Marketing in a global environment.
· Used to working with Data Driven Marketing and CRM / loyalty programs.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Solid knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing Automation or similar.
· Experience in creating and implementing trigger-based emails/journeys.
· Proven operational implementation and maintenance of a CRM project.
· Experience in understanding and interpreting customer segmentation.
· Proven HTML capabilities.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing automation.
· Good understanding and ability to handle the complexity of different audiences and language tonality per market
· Knowledge in terms of creating engagement, re-occurring visits and at the same time increase direct sales with a sales optimizing and commercial focus.
