The Danish fashion company Rosemunde Copenhagen is looking to hire a very experienced Country Sales Manager

Founded in 2004, Rosemunde is rooted in Scandinavian values, with feminine and elegant styles at its core, offering women ”a luxury feeling - every day”. The company is built on beautiful clothes that are easy to wear. Such as our bestselling signature silk camisoles, luxurious lace dresses and feminine skirts. Today, Rosemunde is retailing in more than 1,500 selected shops and department stores across 24 countries as well as online.

The Danish fashion company Rosemunde Copenhagen is looking to hire a very experienced Country Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop new working relationships. Furthermore, take care of Key Accounts and be responsible for a specific area for Rosemunde in Sweden.

The Country Sales Manager we have in mind is very experienced in the women’s fashion universe, result-oriented, ambitious with a structured mind and with several years of experience within the field of sales and management.

The right person will be able to develop our existing Key Accounts but also bring a current network of new Key Accounts to Rosemunde.

Areas of responsibility
• Take care of the biggest Key Account customers on the Swedish market.
• Being the Brand Ambassador and the key person on the Swedish market.
• Sales of 4 yearly women’s collections on the road. Visit our customers in the area on a very regular basis.
• Daily contact with our customers to follow Rosemunde’s performance in the shops.
• Sales planning according to our yearly sales schedule.
• Identify new business opportunities and new Key Accounts.
• Take brand ownership and provide sales results.
• Develop Rosemunde and the sales staff in a positive direction
• Represent the brand at trade fairs.
• Daily reporting back to the Sales Director in Denmark.

Your profile
• A minimum of 5 years experience being a leader and working with Key Accounts.
• Excellent and proven track record within the fields of sales from the women’s fashion universe.
• Strong experience with developing sales, customers, Key Accounts and talented people.
• Live in the area of Stockholm with ability to travel.
• Experience from sales in all of Sweden.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish.
