Sales Manager for Tiger of Sweden Woman

A great opportunity for the right candidate as we are looking for a strong Sales Manager to play an important role in the next phase of our story. As a Sales Manager for Tiger of Sweden, you will be responsible for overseeing the Swedish wholesale market, managing key accounts directly and being point person for new wholesale business.

The Essential duties are to:
* Within target regions and segments, establish, develop and maintain business relationships with Key Accounts and current/prospective customers, to generate new business.
* Deliver sustainable and profitable growth by driving Tiger of Sweden and partner KPI’s.
* Identify opportunities to achieve growth in space, distribution or product categories with existing Key Accounts.
* Develop clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers.
* Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, weekly reporting to Sales Director.
* Together with Sales Director, set sales budgets and targets.
* In-season support and business by driving our reorder sales, making sure our wholesalers always have good stock levels and sell through.
* Keep up to date on product trends, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
* Manage and participate in sales meetings for key accounts and wholesale customers.
* Be an ambassador for the brand Tiger of Sweden and have the ability to Inspire our customers/partners by telling our story of craftmanship, courage and creativity.
* Guide customers through styles, cuts and quality’s, bringing current trends to life in the showroom.
* Deliver market intelligence, based on feedback from customers and consumers.
* Plan and execute a sales strategy for home markets with consideration for women product categories, segments and key accounts.
* Setting road plans, visit customers, participate in trade fairs, PK clinics, sales incentives, events, activations, etc.

We're looking for someone who:
* has a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales executive within wholesale, preferred womenswear.
* has an proven track record with key accounts and space management on all KPI levels within the fashion industry.
* are self-driven, highly motivated with a strong business and sales orientated mindset, triggered by delivering great results.
* are a positive, energetic and ambitious team player with an open-minded attitude.
* have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
* has a strategic mindset with evident experience and genuine interest in driving sales, business growth and service delivery.
* has excellent commercial awareness with analytical skills and strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Has extensive knowledge of market trends and the wholesale landscape.
* Has excellent people management skills and a pragmatic and solutions oriented mind-set
* Driving license.
* Experienced user of the Microsoft Office Package.
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Tiger of Sweden offer you the opportunity to work with a global fashion brand in a creative and expansive phase. The position is full time and you will be located at the Tiger of Sweden Headquarters in Stockholm. The role includes travelling and you will report to the Sales Director.
