Store Manager in London

EYTYS is looking for a Store Manager to our soon to be Eytys London store.

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the Eytys London store in all aspects of the business from sales and profit to the brand building functions of the store. Among other things this responsibility includes: sales and business drive, delivering extraordinary customer service, recruitment, training, and development of staff, executing visual standards, administration, loss prevention and inventories. 

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
* Working closely with the Eytys HQ to improve store performance
* Responsible for ensuring that the store generates sales, profitability, and meets KPI goals in the company
* Ensure that the store is merchandised according to EYTYS visual standards
* Analyze stock levels and makes key decisions in regards to market-specific allocation
* Deliver excellent customer service to all clients who visit our store
* Analyze sales and other key figures in order to take the required actions to reach store and company goals
* Recruitment of staff as well as providing on-going training and development of the team

The ideal candidate should be/have:
* Solid management background with at least 2 years of store or assistant store manager experience for a high end brand
* Sales driven and results oriented
* Strong organizational skills
* Service-minded
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English required. Knowledge of a second language is a plus
* Knowledge in Excel/Word/Mail
* Passionate about EYTYS
