Since 1932, when shoemaker Jonas Lundhag began crafting his first pair of boots in a small workshop in the Swedish wilderness region of Jämtland, we’ve been mad about nature. Through our knowledge and experience we’re a natural part of outdoor experiences for more than nine decades. Our passion and fascination for nature is there in every step.

We are seeking a pattern maker for a one-year temporary position. The pattern making position is a vital part at the heart of Lundhag's clothing team. You support with expertises in fit and body measurements and technical solutions. Together with the product team you make sure that no details are overlooked.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for fit, patterns and measurements of the Lundhags Apparel range.
  • Plan and conduct fit sessions for the assigned products.
  • Ensure fit is secured in the products according to the vision shared by the Product Designer.
  • Responsible for communication of fit, pattern and measurement specifications in relevant systems for both new and carry-over styles.
  • Daily communication with manufacturers.
  • Meet the Lundhags timeline.

 

Who are we looking for?

Must have qualifications requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience from a similar position. Preferably from the outdoor industry.
  • Very good English language skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong knowledge of pattern making application, Lectra Modaris.
  • Strong knowledge of digital productivity Tools (MS office/Gsuite).
    Knowledge of 3D application is meritorious.
  • Proven competence in pattern making. 

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience of developing patterns for the outdoor industry and/or have a genuine interest in nature and live an active lifestyle is a plus.
  • Very good Swedish language skills, both verbally and written.

  • Professional attitude and teamplayer.
  • You are structured, independent and work with a methodical approach.
  • You are used to working in a high pace environment and capable of dealing with rapid changes.
  • You have a genuine interest in nature and an active lifestyle.
