KIDS ASSORTMENT

The H&M Kids Assortment is based in the Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion collections. We work with all age groups from newborn up to the age 14+.  We are a dynamic international workplace where fashion, high pace and costumer focus are a natural part of our day. Good communication skills, a flexible attitude and capability to adapt to changes are essential. THE POSITION  

As a Pattern maker you create desired silhouette and maintain the best fit in all sizes, always with the customer in focus. You will have the opportunity to work with diversity, different qualities, and fun details. Working at the kid’s assortment you specialize in how the body grows, children development and how children safety is used and considered. Working close with your product team you will play a crucial role in boosting profitability and sustainability when creating the collection. 

Your mission is to create, refine, and deliver the technical pack. Ensuring it aligns with our design aspirations, customer preferences, our fit & size strategies and product development timeline.

About you:
We are looking for you who has an interest in Kids fashion. We believe you are visionary, have a holistic view, like to inspire, and involve the team to work towards common goals.

Further, we believe you have: 
Degree within Pattern Making and at least 2 years of work experience. 
Skilled and passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions 
Strong in pattern programs and systems (Lectra, PLM, Illustrator)
Previous experience working in CLO, Shima or other 3D systems is meriting 
Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading 
Good knowledge of materials and fabrics  
Creative problem solver  
Self-reliant and independent but also a true team player 
Effective and structured 
Flexible and adaptable 
Prestige-less
Have a costumer centric mindset

This is a full-time permanent position, in Stockholm, to start as soon as possible.
