Product Developer

Join a dynamic, passionate and deeply caring team on a challenging mission to slow down fashion and end over-consumption. One garment at a time, we’re building a single permanent collection of timeless wardrobe essentials, based on full transparency and lifecycle responsibility. As Product Developer you will be a key part of the Product team, working closely with our Head of Product as well as the Technical and Quality team.


  • Product Development: Manage the development of new products from concept to final samples, ensuring alignment with brand concept.
  • Material Sourcing: Source fabrics, trims, and other materials, focusing on quality, sustainability, traceability and feasibility.
  • Sampling: Manage the sample process, working closely with the Product team, liaising with suppliers, mills to, ensure on time delivery at each sample stage.
  • ⁠Technical Specifications: Create detailed sketches and construction details for tech packs.
  • Traceability data: Collect and manage traceability and impact data, keeping all information up to date both internally and externally.
  • ⁠Product data: Seasonal review and analysis of product performance, e.g. customer ratings and feedback to continuously improve our products.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest sustainable fibers, fabrics and processes and competitor activities to support product development strategies and sourcing needs.



  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fashion product development or a related field.
  • ⁠Education: A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development or a related discipline.



  • Strong understanding of product development and production processes.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in google sheets, slides, docs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices is a plus.
