About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of an assigned category, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes in collaboration with our producers and suppliers. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to quality assurance processes, support relevant projects, and actively address challenges to maintain and enhance product standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct supplier audits to ensure that our partners are working according to our requirements and guidelines.
- Work with suppliers to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality, safety and sustainability.
- Develop and update quality procedures for textile materials and products.
- Perform quality controls and tests of fabrics and products in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Analyze and handle complaints according to 8D and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project participants in new development, ensuring the quality of quality assurance plan throughout the project.
- Participants in risk analyses linked to product safety.
Your Profile
- In a role like this, your personality is important and we want you to be an analytical, self-driven, structured and solution-focused Team player with good social qualities.
- We believe that you have a relevant education, in textile technology, quality technology or equivalent.
- We would like you to have 5 years of experience in systematic quality work, meritorious in textiles.
- Furthermore, you have good understanding of process flow in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of materials is valuable, especially in textiles. Knowledge of the materials Plastics, Wood, and Metal is also an advantage.
- You are good at managing project management tools.
- You need to be able to speak and write English and Swedish.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Experience of working with international standards and regulations (t.ex. ISO, EN, Reach OEKO. TEX) and experience of performing quality audits at suppliers is meritorious.

This position is based in Lanna, Bredaryd.
