Sales Manager Scandinavia - TEX TRACER

tex.tracer is the go-to transparency platform for the fashion industry. Our platform empowers brands and consumers by providing insight into a product’s journey—from material source to retail. The Role

We are expanding into Scandinavia and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth in the region. Based in Sweden (preferred), you will independently lead our expansion across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, developing our presence and client base. With an extensive network already established in Denmark, your focus will be on growing our reach in the other markets from the ground up.

As our Sales Manager Scandinavia, you have a proven track record in SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the fashion industry. You are a highly independent and entrepreneurial sales leader who can develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the unique cultural and business dynamics of each Scandinavian country. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—and will have the full support of our teams in the Netherlands and other client success locations.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the expansion of tex.tracer in Scandinavia, identifying and securing new opportunities in Sweden, Norway, and Finland while strengthening our presence in Denmark.
  • Develop and execute a region-specific sales strategy, leveraging market insights and cultural understanding.
  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key players in the fashion industry, including brands, retailers, and supply chain partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Monitor key sales KPIs and market trends, adjusting strategies to maximize growth and penetration.
  • Provide valuable feedback to product and development teams to ensure the platform aligns with market needs.

 

Who You Are

  • A sales leader – you have 5-7 years of experience of sales of tech and digitally oriented services, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • A market expert – you understand the cultural nuances and business landscapes across Scandinavia and can navigate them effectively.
  • An independent operator – you thrive in an autonomous role, taking full ownership of your region while being a team player within the broader tex.tracer organization.
  • A strategic thinker – you see the big picture and can execute a structured sales plan to achieve long-term success.
  • A relationship builder – you have a strong network in the fashion or sustainability space and know how to leverage it for business growth.
  • A data-driven decision-maker – you analyze performance metrics and market insights to refine your approach continuously.
  • A sustainability advocate – you are passionate about making the fashion industry more transparent, ethical, and sustainable.

 

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience of sales of tech and digitally oriented services, ideally in the fashion, sustainability, or supply chain sectors. Specific experience from B2B SaaS sales is meritorious.
  • Proven track record of success in new market expansion and working independently.
  • Strong understanding of the Scandinavian market, with the ability to navigate cultural and business differences.
  • Experience with consultative sales and managing long sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level); fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics, and project management platforms like Asana.
